What’s Inside

Nettle - A mineral-rich herb traditionally enjoyed as part of nourishing herbal tea blends.

Rosemary - A fragrant botanical traditionally used in herbal wellness and hair-care traditions.

Horsetail - A botanical traditionally valued for its mineral content.

Hibiscus - Adds a naturally vibrant color and pleasantly tart, fruity note.

Peppermint - Brings a refreshing, cooling mint flavor to the blend.

Each 2.5 oz bag includes two reusable cotton tea bags, making it easy to brew your tea again and again.

Brewing Instructions

For each serving:

1. Bring water to a boil.

2. Place the desired amount of tea into a reusable cotton tea bag.

3. Pour the boiling water over the tea and steep for at least 15 minutes.

4. For a stronger, more developed herbal infusion, steep overnight.

5. Strain or remove the tea bag and enjoy.

Once brewed, refrigerate and consume within 48 hours.

Enjoy hot or chilled!
